Single storey rear and double storey side extension

What we did

With this project we we built on the side and rear of the property adding original looking features like the mock Tudor to the front keeping it in line with the original style of the property while giving the rear extension a more modern look. The bi-folding doors on the back give vast amounts of light and a clean, modern appearance. In addition the outside was finished off with a patio area with steps leading from the bi-fold doors. Inside downstairs we installed a new kitchen and office room alongside a utility room. We also refurbished the rest of the property, plastering throughout and adding internal bi-folding doors to the kitchen area. We also renewed the existing bathrooms throughout. Upstairs new hallways we created leading to the master bedroom and en-suite.
