Single storey rear extension and Single storey side extension incorporating a porch.

What we did

This project consisted of 2 seperate extensions, one to the rear and  wrap around to the side and front of the property. The rear extension gave a larger kitchen and dining space with the side and front providing a bedroom, downstairs toilet and shower room and a porch. With this build we also included a new patio which ran down the side of the house also, a new driveway and front wall and rendered the front of the house. New windows throughout and plastering internally gave it a more modern look.
