A double storey side extension and back to brickwork refurbishment in West Wickham, Kent.

What we did

With this project the whole house underwent a complete refurbishment leaving it unrecognisable to what it previously looked like. A double storey side extension was built on the right hand side and a porch to the front. The whole roof was renewed to give it a modern look. The windows were changed throughout along with a complete re-wire of the electrics and renewal of the plumbing system. To the outside of the property was rendered using a coloured K-Rend. Inside every wall in the house was plastered and all new doors, skirting and architrave was installed. A new kitchen was fitted and flooring and tiling throughout completed the project wonderfully.
