A single storey rear kitchen extension complete with garden walls and patio area.

What we did.

With this project we opened up the back of the house which was a small kitchen and created and much larger open plan living space. One of the main emphasis was on natural light so it included a large window, bi-fold doors and and Velux roof windows. Once this was completed we built new garden walls to create a patio area leading from the bi-folds. In addition the renewed the timbers at felt to the failing garage roof.
