A modern loft conversion to a semi detached house.

What we did

We constructed this loft conversion by converting the loft space of this semi detached into a bedroom and en-suite. The client had asked for cladding instead of tiles giving the dormer a modern look but coupled with a new roof using natural slate to give a clean look. It included grey aluminium windows with blinds in the glass and Velux windows added in the front of the roof over the bedroom. The side of the loft conversion was finished with render. The porch roof was also changed to match the new main roof.
