Excellent job completed on a large project – Professional, skilled and reliable builder. DLP Construction were a personal recommendation from a friend and the team recently completed a large scale double storey and full house refurbishment of a semi detached house we purchased in West Wickham. It was an eight month project though the team were involved from the very beginning when we viewed different potential houses to buy and were on hand to give their suggestions/advice on what we could achieve with each one so  technically, they saw us through viewing various properties, to purchasing etc. The project involved everything from construction (double storey extension and a porch), re-tiling of the roof, K-rending, rewiring andre-plumbing to replacing three bathrooms (and a cloak room), a brand new kitchen diner and breaking through walls to gain more space. In essence, we replaced old for new in the whole of the interior of the house and we could not be more delighted with the outcome. The quality of the work done is outstanding (and we are forever getting feedback from friends and strangers (driving by who give feedback on the exterior of the house) as was the professionalism of every member of the team. Not only were they very skilled craftsmen, but were friendly and helpful and always willing to listen to any concerns we had. The fact that a project of this size was completed on time was testament to the good planning and hard work of all the team. We would recommend DLP Construction without reservation.

From the outset when contacting DLP to carryout a quote for the works I found them easy to approach.  The quote provided was clear and easy to understand. The team arrived on site and work started quickly and swiftly.  I provided the team with  full access to the house with their own key for ease and during this time I had no issue with cleanliness or tidiness. All the workmen we had on site we friendly and very approachable and open to answer my queries.  Any additional work was discuss and cost along with time was agreed. They had a good attention to detail and was able to provide an honest and open opinion and I found them very trustworthy and loyal. I would strongly recommend DLP Construction and will use them again.
